- Has an aggressive butyl based adhesive that adheres to plywood, OSB, PVC, steel, aluminum and plastic
- The UV resistant uncured EPDM facer conforms in all directions allowing it to stretch around penetrations while the butyl adhesive remains flexible in extreme hot and cold temperatures
- Seals out water and stops heating and air conditioning loss around penetrations
- Compatible with most building products and EPDM
